My self-confidence and my assurance grow through my sexuality. I get inspiration and serenity in the union with a loved one. I feel the pulsating life in me and around me with absolute clarity. I have perspective and am full of optimism, generosity and self-respect. My self-confidence grows through my physical experiences. I look at you full of hope and confidence. Everything that lives reaches my senses – in front of my nose, clearly visible in every animal, every tree, every flower. I feel you with my body and in my blood. It’s like a small illumination when I perceive sexuality and that life flows through my veins. The bioenergetic core of my life is my body’s arousal at the mutual release during our physical and spiritual union. My self-confidence grows and, with every cell of my body, I take myself in very consciously. Tolerant and magnanimous, I observe myself and all other living beings.
